Shipping & Handling
Our shipping rate are simple: FREE standard shipping  and $10 for express shipping for up to 5 items within USA . We will ship out “in stock” items in 2-3 business day.  We will also ship to Canada by USPS.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories, it might take an additional day for the shipping.
Our flat rate shipping will be applied only for the order of up to 5 items. If you choose to order more than 5 items, please contact us via email before placing your order. We will calculate your shipping charge by weight.

Payment Method
We are currently accepting credit cards (VISA, Master, American Express, Discover) only.

Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange the items or accept your return. Just contact us (info@serenesling.com) to obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") number. You will also receive instructions on how to exchange/return the items. We will accept exchange/return within 30 days of receipt date.

-For exchanges, after obtaining RA number, simply mail in the items with the form on the back of your packing list filled out.  We will ship new items (free of shipping charge)  as soon as we receive your exchanging items. The items should be in undamaged and re-stockable condition with original Serene Sling package boxes.

-For returns, after obtaining RA number, mail in the items with the form on the back of your packing list filled out.  We will credit your original purchase as soon as we receive the returned items in undamaged and re-stockable condition. A $10 restocking fee will be charged upon the return of each item.

International Orders
We currently do not ship to outside of the United States and Canada. For information on Serene Sling in other countries, please contact us (info@serenesling.com).
